At Malréd, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Made to Order & Embroidered Items
Some Malréd pieces feature custom embroidery, specialty stitching, or limited-production detailing. These items require additional craftsmanship before they are ready to ship.
Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.
If your order contains both embroidered and non-embroidered items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items have completed production.
Every embroidered piece is crafted with attention to detail to ensure the quality and exclusivity that define the Malréd standard.
Quality takes time. Greatness can't be rushed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Malréd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Malréd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
